How does Stripe work?

You connect a Stripe account (free to create) once. Clients pay through the invoice link with credit card, debit, ACH, or Apple Pay. Stripe deposits funds directly into your bank account on a rolling schedule. 12img never holds your money — you own the Stripe account, you own the funds.

Can I send recurring invoices?

Yes. Set up subscriptions for retainer clients, monthly editing services, or ongoing licensing. Auto-charge card on file or auto-send a fresh invoice each cycle — your call. Pause or cancel any time.

What if a client doesn't pay?

Automated reminders fire at 3, 7, and 14 days overdue. You can also turn on optional late fees that apply automatically. The invoice link works forever — no awkward "did you get my email?" follow-ups required.

Are invoices PDF or HTML?

Both. Clients see a beautiful HTML invoice in their browser (the one you're previewing right now). They can download a PDF copy any time, and you can attach a PDF when sending if you prefer email-first delivery.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes — Pro plan removes all 12img branding and lets you upload your full logo, brand colors, and a custom email-sender domain. Starter and Free show a small "Powered by 12img" footer.
